Whether it’s your first time planning out a Quinceanera or the very last time, we are here to help in any way we can.
How far in advance should I shop for my Quince dress?
We always recommend to place your order close to a year in advance. This leaves plenty of time for portraits and any custom modifications you may want before your special day. Gowns can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 9 months to come in.
My party is very soon, can I still get a gown in time?
Absolutely! When you schedule your appointment with us, we take your measurements and not only search our large in store inventory - but also our multiple warehouses to find something that will arrive in time to fit your timeline and budget. We do all the homework so you don’t have to. Just let your sales associate know what you are looking for, and our team will handle the rest.
Why do you charge for appointments?
This helps us give priority to the Quinceaneras that have an event date sooner rather than later. We have such a large selection of gowns to choose from, it is very rare we end up charging the $60 fee because most clients prefer to place their order and give a deposit toward their dress instead.
Do I need an appointment to come in?
We do work by appointment for trying on ballgowns. This helps us prepare your wonderful experience shopping with us. You will get assigned a sales associate that will take your measurements and guide you through all of our colors and styles. Together, you select your favorite four gowns and spend about an hour trying them on with crowns so you can see the full look. Anyone is more than welcome to come browse our shop anytime during business hours prior to committing to an appointment.
How does ordering a gown work?
To place your order, we normally ask for 50% down, and the rest can be paid off in payments or paid off when pick up the gown. For more options, please ask your sales associate at the time of the appointment.
Do you offer layaway and packages?
Yes! Layaway is available for almost everything we offer in the store. We also have amazing packages that include custom pieces created specifically for you at no extra charge. Some samples of what we have done in the past can be found on our instagram page here
